Change Can Happen
From personal struggle to professional passion
My journey into nutrition began in 2013, when my one-year-old son developed asthma that inhalers just couldn’t control. After countless hospital visits and no improvement, we were told his condition could only be managed with steroids – possibly for life.

Worried about the long-term effects, I began searching for other ways to support his health. That’s when I came across stories of people managing similar conditions through nutrition. With nothing to lose, I gave it a try – and within just a few months, the hospital visits stopped. His health transformed, and so did our lives.

I'd never set out to become a nutritionist – but once I saw the change in my son, I knew I had to. That experience sparked a deep curiosity about the body’s ability to heal when given the right support. As I learned more, I discovered just how many chronic symptoms and conditions could be improved through personalised nutrition and lifestyle changes.

That passion led me to study at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, where I trained in biomedicine and the therapeutic application of nutritional science. I also gained hands-on clinical experience supporting clients at the on-site clinic.

Since qualifying I’ve been busy running a clinic of my own, helping people take control of their health with practical, personalised support.

I saw what was possible for my son. Now, I help others see what’s possible for them too.
